i am really interested in knowing about , sears,bestbuy,eb games, gamestop, circuit city, toys r us , walmart, ahhh the list will never end, so who gets the biggest rebate ?
I used to work at a Cinemark movie theater. Perks included:
Unlimited free movies for you and a friend; you could get 2 free tickets at a time
Free popcorn/drinks given that you provide your own container (the rules on this were kinda weird)
Problem was the job sucked and pay was minimum wage. I'll be seeking something else this summer.
But, publishers send me textbooks which I sometimes sell to these guys who roam the halls (resellers). I can pocket $200 a year at this . . . Helped me buy a PS2 a few years ago!
I work at gamestop, I get 15% off anything except systems. I also get 30% off books 20% off cds and dvds and 50% off cafe at Barns and noble becuase I work at gamestop.
Work for Time warner cable , get free cable service , free internet, half off for digital phone and many many other discounts from various Time warner partners like all the major cell phone companies , car companies , off and on broadway plays , books, sony electronics just to name a few .
i work at gamecrazy and get 10% off of anything new and 20% off anything used. thats why we love trade-ins. other than that it blows cuz the 10% covers a little over tax on anything new
Well I've Worked for Airborne Express for years always got a discount on shipping then DHL took over and two 3 weeks before Christmas They took away any discounts.
I work at Papyrus (stationary store) and we get 30% off anything including custom printing.
It may not seem as much, but 30% off of a wedding order is a huge deal.

They have to save all their discounts to give to the customers when they roll back prices.
