What do you get for registering your DSL? A free game (when you buy 2 others).

I just received an email from Nintendo.com stating that by registering a DSL through them I can get any free (in-stock) game if I purchase 2 other through BestBuy.com.

The header in the email reads "Thank you for registering your Nintendo DS! Special Offer Inside!"

Too bad i've got most of the games I want already.

This was posted in another thread, but it's good to know that Nintendo is finally giving us something good for registering our stuff there. (Not as cool as an exclusive Game & Watch Gallery DS, but I'm sure most people would rather pick their own game.)

It's not really a free game, it's basically just a B2G1F offer as this other thread states.

And you don't actually have to register your DS; you just have to have an account on nintendo.com. The offer works just fine for me without the registration.
