Pho or Ramen?
Homemade or from a restaurant is what I mean not that cheap **** you buy for $.50 at the market.
Do you go for spicy, mild with a lot of bold flavor or something else?
I prefer ramen myself because the soup base is not as oily and/or fatty and it just seems more right adding the egg in ramen.
