I flipped Asteroids on the Atari 2600 twice in one sitting - had over 2,000,000 points total and even had my name in Atari Age magazine because of it.

(is older than the school)
 
ninja gaiden about 30 times. um, classic nes, not the xbox version.

edit: woops, doesn't belong in this category then does it. i did however finish KOTOR 2.5 times...
 
Wow....I don't think i've ever played thru any game twice....once I beat a game(not often), I may go back and replay a level or something, but to play it all over again...not enough time in this lifetime....:)
 
Halo immediately comes to mind. I've probably played through the campaign over 50 times and played different levels over 200 times. How would you count Dead or Alive 3? I've beaten the game with all the characters, so does that count, or would I have to do it 3+ times?
 
I haven't played through too many games more than once in this generation. That and I'nm busier now in college as compared to high school. Games from last generation were a bit better for me. But, in no particular order:
