What Games to buy? - Help me Spend My Money ;-)

I've got a 10% off coupon that I want to use, but I'm stumped about which games to buy. Please recommend some stuff I should buy (PS2 or Cube).

Help me spend my money. ;-)

To answer your question, I Have own now 4 final fantasy games (VIII,X,X-2, XI)
Blood Rayne 1 & 2 (but i just traded them in for the Xbox 360 fund) , Soul Calaber II PS2 (and I had the Xbox Verse it went to the 360 fund), karmahi dermarcy , and phanton dusk (which i'm willing to sell.)

That's all I can remember for now.

Sorry :( I was not paying attention.
Buy games because you want them, not to burn money...
Well, I wanted to get Front Mission 4, but couldn't find anything else to buy, so I'll just hold off for now.

Well now you tell me...
I want RE4 but i'm not spending $40 for it. Sorry. I never spend more than $19 unless it's old & rare.

BLAH spend the $ and get something you'll definetly enjoy. I bought a GC 2 weeks ago and picked up 5 games so far. The only game i've played besides a few quick races of Mario akrt or SSMB with friends is RE4 and i rented it. I've got like 16 hours of gameplay into it and still on the first cd. My favorite singe player game in a while.

A 10% off coupon from where?
BLAH spend the $ and get something you'll definetly enjoy.
I would do that, but I've got ~40 games that I haven't even touched (like REzero). I should finish them first, before I buy RE4. (And by the time I finish those games, RE4 will be ~$19.) I'm a very patient person, which is why I get my games so cheap.

For example: Many of you probably paid $40-50 for Soul Calibur 2 when it was just-released. I waited 6 months, and got it for $18.99. Patience pays off. I can't remember the last time I paid >$20 for a game.

Tales of Symphonia.
For the Cube, 2 discs, $20, very much worth the wait.
Bought w/ a Target gift card sent for my birthday.
Just got to disc 2 after 39 gameplay hours.
Highly recommended.

If you haven't got it yet, I highly recommend Silent Hill 2 Greatest Hits edition for PS2. It contains all the Xbox extras ported back to the PS2 (which were not in the original PS2 release) and is in a class all of its own in the survival horror genre. No other game has managed to get into the heads of the characters or developed them so richly. It's like reading a well written book, which you will enjoy reading again and again from time to time.

i try to wait for the 40 dollat price drop i like to spend between 30 and 40 for games.. if i wait too long then the game is basically "old" to everyone. this is especially true for Online games (except for games like Halo 2 and racers) but the best time to play games for Live is within the first 3-4 months of release.. after that.. support usually goes to a newer game.
