What happened to Pizza Hut dine in locations?

Dine-in Pizza Huts aren't as abundant as they used to be around here, but there are still a few around. I haven't been to one in years, though.

The two closest former dine-in Pizza Huts to me are now a bar and a chinese restaraunt. But the nearest open one isn't too far away.

Round Table Pizza and Pizza Schmizza seem to be doing well too...

I have never heard of a PH buffet (only Shakey's has that kind of set up in my area). Anyways, their pizza sucks. The only one I sorta like is the Stuffed Crust pizza. The only place I can get a stuffed crust pizza is at a Dine-in PH. The employees at the delivery PH locations are too lazy to make a stuffed crust pizza and they say that they don't make them eventhough it says so on their menu. WTF??
