What is a good time/place to buy a Ps2 system?

Should I just buy a ps2 now? i sold my old one to buy the new slims, been waiting for a drop or cheap deal ever since, I doubt i can find any cheap ps2 though.

i doubt youll find a slim ps2 cheap (maybe 130 used at a eb or gamestop?)

I would settle for the older ps2, but is impossible to find them new, and their prices are around 130 anyways.

Yes. 12 free rentals. What no one has ever mentioned here, though, is that you only have one free rental per month.

yeah and they offer it at my GameCrazy that is not connected to a Hollywood Video. and the closest HV is almost 100 miles away. wow, sign me up right now.

o well I just bought a PStwo full price, my theory is if something better comes out, ill just sell my for 140 on ebay ^^
