What is an Ambassador Program new 3DS XL worth?

I have an almost never used new 3DS XL (latest model).  What makes it rare in my eyes is that its an Ambassador Program 3DS XL (not the Ambassador edition).  I transferred my Ambassador Program & games over from my original 3DS.  Its full of popular games of the past and I think its the only way to get GBA games on the 3DS.  Additionally I have never linked a Nintendo Network ID to it so I'm assuming whoever would buy it could link it AND keep the ambassador program (Is this correct?)

Does anyone have a ballpark amount of what this could be worth?  Its in a like new condition since I've hardly used the thing. (Sucks getting older)

i was told the owner of the 3ds would have to call up nintendo and transfer the account to someone else.. i won a 3ds with the games for 60 bucks last year. i wanted to move them from that 3ds to my 3ds xl and was told by nintendo the only way is the old owner had to call what they refuse to do
