What is spyware advance scanner?

I was looking for piano note sheets and when trying to visit a site, a page came up saying that the site is a reported attack site. Here's what it says..

"This web site at spywareadvancedscanner.com has been reported as an attack site and has been blocked based on your security preferences.

Attack sites try to install programs that steal private information, use your computer to attack others, or damage your system.

Some attack sites intentionally distribute harmful software, but many are compromised without the knowledge or permission of their owners."

A quick google search shows nothing much that would help. I was wondering if anyone here knows anything about this?

Are you using Firefox 3? I decided to play with fire by going to that web address, and got the same message as you did. At that point I remembered that Firefox 3 includes a list of harmful sites, and prevents the browser from going to them in order to try to help protect people from being accidentally infected. If that's the case, it looks like that site could be one of them.

Looks like a malicious program masquerading as a Spyware Scanner.

In other words, a trojan.
