What is the best place online to buy a Japanese PSP?

Sure, you can use American memory sticks no problem.
 
Yet another question have appeared in my sleep. With the Japanese version is the main menu (dashboard or whatever you call it) in Japanese?

You know that menu that shows your music / Video and various other things?

1. With the Japanese system is there anything I must do differently to go online and play?

2. I have this Wireless Router and was wondering is it compatible with the PSP.

Everything is the same. The only difference is that you will not be able to watch U.S. UMD movies.
