Game Crazy has it for $15 used. It might be a few bucks cheaper than Gamestop & EB, but it's the cheapest I've seen it outside of clearance sales.

The PC version of Silent Hill 3 goes for $9.99 new at EBgames, also had been the price for the PS2 version before they sold out of new ones.

This one has a great soundtrack too! As for SH3, I would say try a google search for the lowest price since a lot of places like EBGames are sold out.

PS I loved the SH2 OST... used to listen to it every day. Too bad 3 and 4's OSTs were nowhere nearly as good.

I had the SH1 soundtrack.... pretty mind maddening stuff.

I have it too, although I prefer the scene scores 2 focused on instead of the industrial, scary sound most of 1's OST had.
