SUPER can easily transcode FLV files into anything else.
As for getting the FLV files... I just get them from the browser cache... someone else will have to tell you where to look, if you don't already know, as I guarantee my browser caches isn't in the same place as yours.

It converts swf and flv files to video movie AVI, mp4, WMV, MPEG files or others.
