What is the least expensive way to upgrade my 3DS XL to the New 3DS XL?

I want to change my regular 3DS XL for a New 3DS XL. Is there a "cheap-ass" way to make this happen without spending a fortune?

other then selling your old 3ds for more then 100 you wont find a better deal.

Keeping an eye out for n3DS XL systems on Amazon Warehouse won't cost that much. It's actually best to just get a 2DS for $60-$80, since Nintendo won't really support n3DS games unless you really have to play JRPGs like Xenoblade or Monster Hunter.
