What is the legality of sites such as *name deleted*

it is a russian site that sells mp3s of albums for dirt cheap. Is it legal for them to do this? Is it illegal for me to buy them? Is my creditcard safe with them?

That's probably a "no" on all counts. Google doesn't even turn up anything for them except the site itself.

yeah I figured. if it sounds to good to be true...

I have heard stuff about russian sites where you can dl mp3s cheaply and was wondering how they get away with it though...
