It just makes it so it doesn't store any history info, cookies etc. So yeah, way to cover up looking at porn is probably most common use!

But it is useful for when you're on a public computer or using a friends computer etc. Even if you don't mind the history info, it will keep you from staying logged in on forums etc. if you forget to sign out etc.
