What is your dream job?

Sports/War Photographer. I'm starting photography school in 2 months :) My other dream job is to be David LaChapelle. He started as a fashion photographer and now directs music videos for really big name artists. He makes BANK for a dope ass job

movie writer/director...starting the film and video program at georgia state university in the fall and i'm considering vancouver film school if i can get a portfolio together for that. i'm tired of seeing crappy movies being made and the lack of originality...hollywood needs to stop remaking old movies and get creative...

game designer would be a close second for most of the same reasons...and can anyone tell me why every freakin game that comes out now only lasts for about 10 hours of gameplay? what ever happened to games that spanned 2 or more discs? i have yet to see one for ps2 or xbox...

Let's see CD=700 MB
DVD = 4,500 MB

It's pretty difficutl to fill 4,500 MB unless you are just adding tons of video and audio clips.

I would love to be a movie reviewer/rater. Getting paided to watch movies early and either review or rate them would just be so easy and fun, although Im sure you would have to watch lots of bad movies.

A business man with stores like wal-mart. stuff is affordable there is no reason to overcharge on everything. and a movie company and a software company. or a comedic actor with a house over looking the water and city of miami or coca beach.

Dream jobs: when I was very young, I had wanted to be a magician. Then as I got older, I wanted to be pro basketball player. Finally I was hoping to be a comic book artist.

Suffice to say, none of my dreams came true. I don't dream much now. :(

i've gone through several...

- a top pro wrestling superstar (loved the "sport" since i was in 2nd grade... decided it wasn't for me when i realized that i hated pain)

- comic book artist/writer (a dream that a lot of us give up on, because there's 23094890328432 with the same dream, and only a few who get cut a break or are actually GOOD)

- comic shop owner (worked at a comic shop for 2 years and handled a lot of the work that the owner does... way overrated, boring, and it's not fun hanging out with and seeing the same dorks everyday... i'll stick to being a comic reader)

right now, the dream job is anything that'll make me a crapload of money real quick and is a guaranteed sure thing. anyone know what that is? i'm almost due for my routine switch of majors.

Race car drive... I mean come on they give you a car that has 800+ horsepower and tell you to make it go as fast as possible... Then if you win, in some races, they give you a million dollars. Where's the downside to that career, even if you weren't one of the top drivers you'd still get that excitement from racing down the track at almost 200 mph.

When I was younger, I wanted to be in Movie Special Effects, but now that it's all computer generated, that takes the fun out of it. I still wouldn't pass up a chance to work for Phil Tippett or Stan Winston, though.

Now that I'm older, I think I have my dream job. Computer Security Engineer. I get to hack computers all day, and generally prove how much smarter I am than all of the system administrators. Pay is good, too.

I used to wanna live in Africa in a mansion with an art studio. Now, I wanna do something in video games. Either rating them or being involved in their development would be nice. I hope to become successful in the above profession and then take a break to write a book or two. I also would love to be involved in some kind of anime or movie project. Overall, I wanna be like Tom Clancy. No, I don't mean I wanna write about military conspiracies, but I wanna be a media guru like him. By the end of my life, I'd like to have books, games, movies, and shows under my name.

^^ ditto.

However, I will modify it to account for the fact that I will buy many types of businesses / real estate / etc to keep myself busy. An idle mind drives me nuts. I won't do "absolutely nothing," I'll do "absolutely nothing that I don't want to do."

oh, cmon, its never to late to become a magician. isnt there any sort of school for that? im sure the guy with the cart in the middle of the mall didnt teach himself all that stuff.

One day I hope be owner and CEO of an NBA franchise. I want to buy the Atlanta Hawks, retool their whole existence, and make them winners.

I guess that would require billions of dollars and a prior job to make that money, but oh well.

I actually want to be an animator. I'm working on an animated short right now during my off hours.

Here is a recently posted website where you can sort of see what I'm doing: http://www.brainwreckfilms.net

Anyways, I hope to break in the business.

Yes there are actual Clown Colleges. A friend of mine went to one. BTW Clowns are scary as hell.

I want to be a Theme Park manager. I love, love, love theme parks and would love to work for one and improve it and just be in the daily operations of one. I am going to a management school after I get out of high school. And then I am thinking about going to work for a theme park in Kansas City(Worlds of Fun). I will probably start out cleaning, working rides, stuff like that. But I figure that I can work my way up to a management position.

I just love improving things to make them look better, and I would love to see that people would be having fun and stuff. I guess even just working rides at an amusement park would be awesome for me. I love the atmosphere of them.

So there you go, that would be my dream job! :p

i would want to be a shinobi and kill those who i dont like *smiles on while dreaming* anyhow just being a reviewer for anime/games/food/cars is fine with me including the events too (anime expos, e3, hin) ^___^
