What is your favorite "worst" horror movie?

coltyhuxx

CAGiversary!
I'm going to toss Leprechaun in Space or in the Hood... fuck anything in space makes for good-bad viewing.

So I guess that would also count Jason X too, right?

My favorite worst horror movie, Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday. It has to be the weirdest Friday the 13th movie that's been done(Jason possessing people).

Sars Wars

It has a RE type storyline where people get turned into Zombies in a hotel. There is this guy with a lightsaber, and there is a giant snake that eats things. It is so bad it was awesome. I can't really explain it because it is one of those you have to see it movies.
three way tie: freddy v jason, sleep away camp, and jason x
I couldn't agree more, though I'd toss is Slumber Party Massacre II to make it a 4 way tie.

Ghoulies 2 - was a free movie on Comcast OnDemand. Pretty damn good bad movie. Just to spoil the end for everyone - the "ultra-ghoulie" shows up at the carnival at the end and eats all the little ghoulies; lots of puppet-eating-puppet action. Then he explodes (I forget why).

Ghoulies 1 was so bad it wasn't even good. I'm talking long, drawn out scenes where nothing would happen. Worse than the movie I had to make in AV class that involved russian-roulette-style Uno (that one was so bad my cameraman sighed audibly while filming it).

alot of the full moon and troma stuff qualifies for best worst horror fim category. very cheesy bad stuff and in some of the full moon stuff theyd reuse stock footage over and over in diff films. one i remember was dollman vs the demonic toys. they basically used shit from dollman and demonic toys to make a whole new movie. and i loved it all lol. class of nukem high ( radioactive sperm lol) and of course the toxic avenger.

Jason X or Snakes on a Plane

Both aimed for funny horror and both succeeded admirably. The sleeping bag scene in Jason X? fucking priceless.

Bad Concept Horror movies are like crack for me. Usually the first thing i go for when i go to Blockbuster. Some of my favorites are as follows:

Jack Frost 1 & 2 - Killer's soul gets trapped in a snowman. Guy goes around killing people in snow-related ways.

Santa's Slay - Santa originally was a relative of Lucifer who lost a shuffleboard match with an angel and had to be good for 1000 years. The millenium is up and now its time for the slaying to begin. One of the funny things for me was the fact that the wrestler Goldberg (a jew) plays Santa. Also, the entire family he kills in the begining of the movie is full of jews that are playing christians celebrating christmas.

Black Sheep - Killer genetically modified sheep. Can only be topped by the movie below.

Gingerdead Man - A fucking killer Gingerbread Man. Really, do i have to say more?

I'd say Dead Alive or Killer Klowns from Outerspace..... but I consider them excellent movies :) I imagine that most people would disagree with me.

So I'm going with:

Troll 2

Absolutely hilarious in so many ways!!

I also loved this one.

To spoil the ending for everyone: "Chest... nut."

This.

One of my favorite quotes ever is: "I'm Santa Claus, not fuckin' Dracula."

Surf Nazis Must Die!

One of the most brilliant film titles ever... too bad the film wasn't as good. :|

It's the second trailer featured in this video:

People Who Live Under the Stairs. Best part about it is the film makers originally intended it as the scariest movie ever made yet it turned out to be absolute crap.

killer clowns kicked so much ass. definetly needs a sequel.

Only that Garry Busse is the voice of the Gingerdead Man, making it the funniest movie I have ever seen.

And it's 59 minutes long.

That was filmed in my hometown... (as was Lost Boys, but LB's is a great horror movie (imo:))

I don't know what my favorite "worst" horror movie would be. I have liked them or really really hated them and not had one that sucked that was better then the rest. I don't even know what I just typed. Also to me horror movies do not exist anymore.

damn man youre freakin lucky especially if you got to be there to see the clowns doing the parade scene. that shit was crazy. both films you mentioned were very cool. the nearest horror film shot near me was evil dead. but its near far if you get what i mean.
Anaconda probably.
i liked anaconda too. the sequel was shit but the first one had its moments.

another great 80s horror flick nobody seems to remember that i loved was
Night of the demons. its the perfect halloween horror flick full of some of the best breasts you will ever see in horror. and some truly scary scenes. and for once in a horror film a black guy makes it to the end and survives.

oh yean and Squirm is another great odd horror film. definelty makes you look at worms in a new light.

i also remember this one film where aliens used copper to power up weapons and this weird krang looking alien used to drill control bits into peoples necks.

quick question though did anyone else find the movies ET and The Dark Crystal kinda scary as a kid?

Hell the only horror movie that I know of that took place near me was Halloween and that was not even filmed near me. Was the Rob Zombie remake filmed in IL?
