What Items Are Hot on Ebay?

To make some extra money I plan on selling stuff on eBay for more money than they sell in stores. I've done this for a couple games like Rez, which I found for $20 and sold for $70 but I want to "expand my horizons" to include more things like DVD's, computer parts, toys, etc. So what do you fellow cheapasses know are selling hot on eBay?
 
I dont know why this topic is bad but it is so just lock it and flame me. Its my only defense.
 
I can sell you used baby diapers at wholesale price and you should be able to make a killing selling them on EBay. Let me know if you're interested.

We are gamers. We like to play games, some of us like to collect games as well. There is nothing wrong with making a profit here and there buying low and selling high, but a CAG should not make it his goal to do so -- that is not what the board is about.

When you post to a group of people, many of whom are probably still trying to get Rez at a decent price, that you bought a bunch of them and sold them for a huge markup, you are asking for trouble. When you state that you intend to do it again, and want help doing so (essentially keeping the games out of the hands of other CAGs), you are not going to make many friends.

This board is about helping eachother find good deals on games that we can play and keep. If you want to turn a profit, please find another way to do so.

People who try to make a profit on our deals are not well liked on this site. For example if you notice a sale and want to buy up 10 copies to dump on ebay go right ahead. But if you post about it your ass is probably going to get flamed.

I love how it's just second nature to flame this kind of behavior, but earlier today I saw someone's post about having the new RE4 collector's edition and this guy has been setting BINs at $119, minimum price something like $99... and no one said a thing.

Probably because we try to keep the flamming out of the trading/auction threads. But plenty of people get flammed for that kinda stuff. For example the never4ever Katamari Demacy auction last week.

Yes this thread has become a quick favorite of mine, its much more fun than looking over tradelists.
