What kind of cards?

So, I saw the memory cards were SD this morning, but the one's I saw at Target say "Made for Wii" or whatever.

Do I have to buy the branded ones? Because I'm pretty sure the regular SanDisks (or some other brand) will be way cheaper.

No need to buy the Wii-labeled SD cards. They're more expensive, other cards work just as well.

What size would you recommend?
Do I need a big one? Like 1gb or 2gb. If so, why?

Well more and more games are going to support the custom sound track option. Archiving can eat space quick, and who knows what functionality will be added. Considering a 2gb card can be found for reasonably cheap, why not spend the extra $10 bucks and get a better MB per dollar cost.

Yeah, I'd for a 2GB one. In fact, after rebates, you can find 2GB cards for under $30 easily online.
