Rock is a much broader range than just pop punk. And the Beatles only had a few songs that I'd even consider rock anyway. That's more like saying pop/psychedelic = Grade A Canadian suck rock. :lol:

Rock and Metal are pretty much even for me, but I put Metal. Its hard to pick 1 favorite song, but I'll say Metallica - Whiplash or For Whom The Bell Tolls
 
I guess I would go under rock. I prefer Alternative and Indie. My favorite song is either Caring is Creepy by The Shins or Inertiatic ESP by The Mars Volta.

I am a huge hip hop fan, but I don't know if I could choose just one song.

Thieves in the Night by Blackstar, or J-live Them That's not.
 
punk, ska, regee, techno, korean/japanese pop, some metal (SOAD) and some rap (beastie boys)

Dont have a favorite song but my favorite band is operation ivy
