30 Rock
Dexter
House M.D.
Deadwood
The Wire* (while I'd love to see it in HD, that would mean cropping the image to get it to the correct aspect ratio and I am a firm believer in OAR)

All the ones I would like to come out on BD are out/comeing out or I have them on HD or SD. I just hope they start puting all the extras that are on the DVD on BD. I was going to pick up Stargate on BD today but looked at the SD version and saw that it had an extra not on the BD. I would rather get more extras pay less and get it in SD then pay more get less and get it in HD on BD.

With that being said I'm looking forward to:

Doomsday
Ironman
Terminator: TSCC
Every current BD and HD DVD rereleased on BD with ALL the extras that the SD DVD had and more. Give me my moneys worth when I pay the 35+ for one move. Extras could be in SD for all I care just put them in it.
If I remember correctly August is going to be a big month for me with BD.

things I can think off off the bat...

Grindhouse double feature
The Rocketeer (this is Disney so it should be a given)
The Goonies
Gremlins 1 & 2
Shaolin Soccer

USA TV Shows: MONK, Psych, Burn Notice
Doctor Who and Torchwood TV Shows

There are a great many, obviously, but one stands above all others:

Akira

I really want to see that in high-definition.

The Twilight Zone

The whole series besides 6 episodes ("The Lateness of the Hour" (12/2/60); "Static" (3/10/61); "The Whole Truth" (1/20/61); "Night of the Meek" (12/23/60); "Twenty-Two" (2/10/61); "Long Distance Call" (3/3/61)) were filmed on film and last time I heard, HD masters have been struck.

Grindhouse: Complete Theatrical Cut w/ Trailers
Jurassic Park
Kill Bill: The Whole Bloddy Affair (not those lame ass versions that were just announced)
Lord of the Rings Trilogy
Mary Poppins
Star Wars (all movies)
Tombstone

Ditto to all of Pixar's films.

I won't make the same financial mistake I made with DVDs. Meaning buy any and everything.

This go round I will reserve Blu-Ray for the cream of the crop unless it's a helluva deal.

I already bought

Blade Runner 5-disc collector's edition for $12
Stir Of Echoes for $12
Die Hard movie set for $57
plus I have free movies

Now here's my list:

Babylon 5 movies and TV series (5 seasons)
The Godfather Trilogy
Scarface
Star Wars movies
LOTR Trilogy
Batman (the 2 newest movies)
Iron Man
Superman II
Lethal Weapon movies
Jeremiah TV series
Chappelle Show
Pulp Fiction
Indiana Jones movies
Transformers
Saving Private Ryan
Big Trouble In Little China
The Wire TV series
G.I. Joe cartoons (the one with Destro and Serpentor not that CGI one)
From Dusk Till Dawn
Robotech series
Ghost In The Shell movies and series
Blade Trilogy
Matrix Trilogy
Transformers (old series, couldn't care less about Beast Wars or Machines...I'm a little older)
Predator
Terminator 1 & 2
Aliens

I bought most of this stuff on DVD already.

I REFUSE TO PAY $25-$35 A MOVIE FOR THIS.

I will await deals galore.

I look at DVD collection and it makes me sad how much I spent.

Rebuying these movies at high cost when there are great upconvert players around is ludicrous.

why do people list full-screen TV shows in their wish list? it's not gonna happen...

the posters 2 up and 3 up from this post are real jokers... funny guys... not.

Deadwood is a big one for me, but it is still so overpriced on DVD right now that I can only imagine what the Blu-Ray will cost.
