A buyer just sent me this message a day after winning the auction:

i am terribly sorry as my son got onto my account and bid on abunch of stuff thinking he could just buy it...i am more than willing to pay the relisting fee and am terribly sorry about the inconvienence

Should I just do a second chance offer for the second highest bidder?

You can also file non paying bidder on ebay get your fees back and relist.
