Well. I was cleaning out my book case which is full of videogame magazines from the early 90's to now because I was actually going to use it to hold books! Now I don't know what to do with my THOUSANDS of magazines. Do people on ebay pay anything for these collections of sorts? Anyone on here have a huge videogame mag collection? Suggestions?

I don't suppose you have any reallly old nintendo power, those are worth something.

First I would look through issues for games I was interested in (stuff like SMRPG special issue or some kind of interesting review). Those you're gonna get rid of, I guess you could try Ebaying them or trying to find what they're worth (search ebay and other places on the net). Just throw all the rest away...

I'm sure if you put it up on Ebay you'd make some money. Otherwise...

the trashcan is your friend.

Really?, I had a bunch of NP mags from the early 90's that I gave away to a cousin of mine several years ago. how much do they go for?

I also have a huge VG magazine collection, so I might be interested in what you have.

Let me know which publications you have, as well as the years (I don't need every issue, but just an overall view)

I think magazines don't technically qualify for the media mail rate because they all have so much advertising, right? That's a shame because even 20 pounds at the media rate is less than $10.
No Nintendo Power mags. I'm not a fan of official mags. The ones I have mostly are EGM's from 95-now, Gamepro from 94-97, Some Game Infromer, some OPM. some OXM, some other obscure videogame magazines you all probably haven't heard of because they only lasted a couple of years or so. And a good amount of Maxims and Stuff.
You wouldn't happen to have the magazine GameGo would you? They only printed their first issue, and I have one copy, but am looking for another. I think it could've been something special.

Didn't realize that his collection was 90's up, I used to have the first year of nintendo power and apperently you could sell them for a few bucks.

I had a ton of Nintendo Power magazines from the SNES era... 93-96, i threw them all out though

I'm pissed because I had the 50th issue with Zelda Link's Awaking on the cover...
