Okay im gonna sell my xbox 360 because i just got it back from the factory, but the thing is i have a game that i am worried about that i was gonna sell with it. My cousin gave me viva pinata to sell with my xbox but it gave him the rrod and im scared that if i sell it with the system that the buyer will get the rrod with that game and send it back. Could this happen or should i just not worry about it and sell it already?

Well,the 360 can get the RROD at any random moment.I don't think it has to do anything with the game. You should be fine. Just explain that it has been in the factory before.
