It could be ANY gaming store (EB, Gamestop, Circuit City, etc.), Which old store displays have you gotten? I got a GTA: San Andreas pre-order poster a few months ago and today I got the Resident Evil 4 cardboard stand-up. I got both from Circuit City, simply because I work there and can have any old store display as long as someone else hasn't called dibs on it.

I've got the madden 2004 and sonic heros displays, helped that i ran the department and took them before anyone else could

Best I got is the empty Marvel Minimates display box from the comic store I work at... I still like it, though.
 
I have roughly 20 or so displays from my current job at EB games. My favorites are probably Star Wars: Bounty Hunter and Halo 2.
 
My Mom used to work at a video store when I was 8ish, and I had roughly 30 old school Mario/Zelda/Nintendo stands, sealed games, dolls, and other random collectables. I sold most of it at a garage sale four years ago, only to find out how valuable it really was later. I still have some stuff saved though.

I've gotten a Mace Griffin cardboard stand-up, Fable stand-up, Brute Force pin (oh yeah!), and I could've had a Snake Eater stand-up but I forgot to pick it up.

Got my scarface and brother bear display posters from best buy. I could have gotten more along with some little halo stuff but didnt really want it. Also i have some promo items from eb since i knew just about everyone who worked there but nothing too big.
 
Between my friend who works at EB and the manager, I get hooked up with a lot of the usual freebies like t-shirts and bonus discs and such. But aside from those, I don't have too many space-eating display stuff. The more notable stuff I can recall are:

Since I'm off at college, I only really get hooked up whenever I go back home, and I keep pretty much all of that stuff in my room in my house instead of in my tiny dorm room.
 
I've passed on a ton of stuff cause I don't feel like jamming more stuff in my room. I took the Oversized Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced box though. That I couldn't pass on. I was kinda upset they trashed the GoldenSun Lost Age box...but meh.
 
No one can top my one favorite video game swag.

It's a Sega Saturn Nights Hat...yeah...its the hat the character wears. It's awesome...Sega sent it to me way back in the day. I got a ton of cool stuff but I think that is my favorite.

oh yeah, well I have a polaroid of the president of EA signing a contract with the devil for control of the video game industry.

oh, plus I once had a dead or alive "love pillow" but it had to go the the cleaners too many times and it got ruined. :(

Couple local game stores give me every Nintendo one that comes along. They save them for me, because they rock. Well that, and if you spend a couple hundred dollars a month in them they tend to be nice. But mostly because they rock. I have around 100. Too many to list. Sadly I don't have any Animal Crossing ones, which are the ones I want more then any.
 
I haven't gotten anything yet, but I have my name on a Wario Ware Touched display box(the one with hair). I am supposed to be able to get it in a couple weeks.
