What style shades are these? + Where can I find cheap ones.

These are known as the Quiksilver The Bert. I would love a pair, but they're 60 something and that is a bit much. I just really like the style so knock offs would even work.

Any idea on the style name?

I think its safe to rule out the following:

Wayferer
Avaitor

They do seem very similar to Locs or gangster shades, but I don't think I would consider them that.
