And the buyer says he thought it was the game. I see that happening, but not so much. Im pretty disappointed in the person to not think about what he has bid on, or at least just read the title. What would you guys do? Could I send a unpaid bidder strike?

So the buyer cannot read titles or look at pictures? It's only $16.00. I would send an email telling him you will be out selling fees and in order to recoup your money you'll have to file a non-paying bidder alert. Based on their response then take it from there but for this amount of money I wouldn't push too hard.
