What Virtual Console games are you most hoping/looking forward to?

Earthbound
Super Metroid
Star Fox 64
Paper Mario (n64)
Super Mario RPG

I never played those games when they came out so I'm eagerly looking foward to them on VC.

SNES:
Super Mario World
Super Mario RPG
Earthbound
Super Mario All-stars
LOZ:ALttP
Super Metroid
Aero the Acrobat I & II
DKC I-III

Gen:
Phatasy Star II-IV
Gunstar Heroes
Dynamite Heady
Every sonic game made for the system - including the lock-on versions of S2 & S3
Shining Force I & II
Landstalker
Golden Axe I-III
Pretty much everything they have on Gametap

N64:
Mario 64
Pilot Wings 64
Mario Kart 64
Legend of Zelda OOT
Legend of Zelda MM

I wouldn't mind them charging $2.50 per game for NES games, $5 for Gen & SNES game, $10 for N64 titles.

SUPER MARIO RPG. That's it. Anything else is just a bonus.

And is there anyone besides me that thinks there is a decent chance of this happening? I mean, look at Mario Hoops 3-on-3 for the DS. If Square will collaborate with Nintendo on that, wouldn't it be logical to throw support behind a Virtual Console re-release?

I don't think Saturn support has been announced, but I'd really like to play a game called Dark Savior, published by Sega and done (I believe) by the same team that made Landstalker. I sold off my system before that game was released and never had a chance to play it. Oh, and Panzer Dragoon Saga :)

I'm also looking forward to the TG-16 releases. I never owned that system and all of my friends had either a Genesis or SNES. I'd like to play some of the shooters like Gates of Thunder and Lords of Thunder. Also, I remember ads for this RPG on the TurboCD called Cosmic Fantasy 2. I have no idea if it's any good, but it has at least some cutscenes that resemble Lunar: The Silver Star.

Lastly, I really want to play the Valis series again. I had Valis III for the Genesis and I recall it had really good music and cutscenes, which were kind of unusual back in those days. Valis I & II were also released for the TG-16, but I never played those.

I heard Valis as well but you're dreaming on the CD releases here. Too much space. Note the VCS support Nintendo has mentioned: Well they're all from systems that were cartridge based.

SNES:
Chrono Trigger (never finished this great game. I left off somewhere in the future)
Secret of Mana (ditto)

games i have played and finished but wouldn't mind paying to play them again:
Final Fantasy III
Blackthorne
The Lost Vikings
Shadowrun (I play this game at least once a year)
Populous
Krusty's Funhouse
Indiana Jones

Games I've never played but would buy them through BC:
Nosferatu

Wow. Wasn't SNES the best gaming era ever?

Tecmo Super Bowl, so I can play online with my main man-Barry Sanders.

That what my hearts been dreaming of.

Fortunately Hudson has announced that SuperCD and Cd-Rom games will be made available for VC. The weird thing about the CD games on the PC Engine was that most of them could be done on a cartridge, what made them awesome was the fact that most of them were fully voice acted. Otherwise they are minimal downloads, especially if compressed.

I owned and played Cosmic Fantasy 2, it was a hard game, but a pretty fun one. I would love to play it again. Another RPG was Dragon Slayer, that game looked super bad ass. I also loved Vasteel, which combined Turn Based strategy with One on One action robot battles. I could go on and on about the TG 16 and Turbo Duo etc. It was one of my favorite systems that was completely marketed incorrectly in America, especially considering how well it performed in Japan.

So the majority of my VC love will goto the TG 16 followed by the SNES. So I am probably going to lobby Hudson to keep bringing the library over as there were too many great games to name them all.

What do you guys think is the possibility of getting chrono trigger and final fantasy IV (II here) on the VC? I was thinking of trading my copy of FF chronicles but I want to have a copy of these games. Is it known if square is on board or not?
