NES - SMB - This was by far the most excited I've ever been over getting a new console. That was an awesome Xmas morning.

N64 - Mario 64 - That game was the reason I went with the N64 over the PSX. Though I did pick up a PSX a few years later.
PSX - FF7, though I can't remember for sure.
