This thread is a great resource provided its updated regularly. GS doesn't usually give trade in values over the phone.
 
It must be hit or miss on getting trade in values over the phone. I always got em on the phone and when I worked there I always gave them over the phone.
 
It's best to call the during their slow hours and hopefully get a bored worker who's happy to give you trade in values.
 
my friend whos games these were wound up with $150 in the end from gs i guess that wasnt too bad those wireless controllers were $20 each surprisingly
