Whatever happened to the NewEgg 47 buck preorder deals?? Who's doing them now??

Hey guys, NewEgg used to always have pre-order deals for upcoming games about 48 bucks or so. I haven't seen any in forever lately. Which retailer or company are doing cheaper pre-order deals nowadays? Amazon seems to have stopped it as well.
