Whats black friday going to be like?

I'd say $40 is definitely doable. Last year, most of the big Sept/Oct/Nov releases were available for $35 or less.

Will I have a good black friday with that amount?

Same here, lots of times you can get the collections for $10-15.

Last year best buy had a ton of stuff for $8.

I'm hoping for something similar. I'm hoping for Portal 2 at that price. It's been on my radar for a while. Also, I'm hoping for a 19.99 skyrim. Maybe $10 for Saint's Row 3? This is a wishlist and not a fact of "what's going to happen" though. I'd say it's safe to assume we see heavy discounts on last year's big games though (thought Portal 2 wasn't actually last year).

Uncharted 3 was $30 last year. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the fall releases this year are around $30 also this year.

i'm not planning on spending more than $30 on any game. i bought too much stuff last year that just ended up going on sale shortly after for much better prices. i learned my lesson the hard way. i also made the mistake of getting my wife and son games they hardly ever played, including a 360 with kinect.

this year, hopefully they'll have some solid triple-a's like, ass creed, skyrim, and mass effect 3 for cheap, but mostly i'm looking for vita or 3ds bundles and maybe that new super slim ps3 that's been rumored.
