What's in the PS Store (5/31/16): Neon Chrome, Oxenfree, Primal, There Came an Echo, Plague Inc, & More!
Are there any reviews of Qore? I am hesitant to drop 3 dollars on a stupid collection of videos i would probably watch once, if that many times.

How large is the download and stuff? or is it all streaming? how many clips are in each episode? any good exclusive content? What resolution do the videos run at? any other information you feel like throwing in would also be useful.
I thought the reason people paid for Qore is for the (upcoming) beta/demo exclusives?
wait till it's on youtube...

wait... nvm... it's already up

Is that a forced commercial at the beginning?

Yep! There's nothing better than having to see the "King" every time you load Qore up. What a failed concept it is (though I would buy an issue that had a Resistance 2 or RE 5 exclusive demo).

I guess it's no different than having to watch commercials and previews before watching a movie... but still...

The Qore episode was alright but nothing to really brag about, the exclusive Naruto demo looks gorgeous but I'm not really digging it, I don't like fighting games in general. I have been noticing lately that some of the game trailers in 720P look very soft while the movie trailers look really sharp and superb in HD. I have also fallen for Veronica Belmont, she needs to show her 'double dragons' more often.

What are the best PSone games to get on PSN?

(I never had the original PlayStation, so I need to play a few in order to join in on the N64 vs. PS1 debates. :D)

Castlevania, Any Crash game, Jumping Flash, Wipeout, Jet Moto if you liked it any the first time around, Warhawk, aaaand Twisted Metal 2

Japan got more PSX games yesterday:

Aquanaut's Holiday
b.l.u.e. legend of water
Wizard's Harmony R
Raycrisis
Ehrgeiz
Brave Fencer Musashiden

Bought Ehrgeiz. So help me god, if I EVER meet someone who is employed by Sony for the purpose of working on the US PSN, I'm going to kick them in the cock.

EDIT: Also, there's a free Japanese download for RSV2 called the "gift pack (2?)." I don't know if that's the DLC you're referring to, VIPFreak, but if so, SCEA has not only dropped the ball, they've miscarried it.

Does the link to the SOCOM beta in the first "issue" of Qore work yet?

I haven't checked it in a couple of weeks and reading about episode 2 here got me wondering.

Oh, don't do that!

Kick them in the head instead. That way, they may not be able to return to work.

Mother fuckers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 fuck YOU SCEA!

I second that! SCEA couldn't be more clueless when it comes to running the US Playstation Store. Can you imagine just how many copies FFVII or other titles would sell? It's as if they have no idea what their customers want? In fact, many of us would pick up a PSP just for some "Cloud" handheld action. PSN has so much potential, yet they continuously screw it up! :(

even with SCEA justifiably saying they have to get games approved by everyone involved, at least put together a concentrated team and go after anything! Even if most games are shit I'd be happy to see something like Japan where they usually get 3-4 titles a week... wtf?

Damn it, I just created a Japanese account last night and downloaded the JPN version of the Siren demo. I guess this time I'll be able to figure out what I need to do...

On a related note, how does one buy games from the Japanese store? I could foresee running into a lot of problems, considering I don't know Japanese.

Japan got Elefunk today. 800 Yen.

To buy games from the JPN store, you need to buy a PSN Yen card. Check eBay or Play-Asia/NCSC/etc. import store. Should be abour $35-36 for 3000 yen, which should net you 5 PSX games at 600 Yen per.

Now, navigating the store not knowing Japanese might be a pain in the ass.

Nice. RSV2 DLC. Now my friend and I can pump more hours into the game.

I'm guessing with the new trailer that it'll be out next week. From watching that trailer, it looks like the Music Attack mode's no longer a part of the add-on, which sucks.
played the Wall-E demo... wow it is clunky as hell. even for kids I think it's frustrating.
I watched the movie yesterday so I was kind of interested in trying the demo.

Man. Like you said.
Even for kids, it's so terrible.
Game barely runs, I bet it's riddled with bugs.

Nice! looks like we will be getting this sometime this year!

here's some unnanounced games that will be coming to PSN:

Alien Sports: Minigolf (Zen Studios), Burn Zombie Burn (PSN) (Doublesix ), Cinnamon Beats (Secret Exit), codename Cops, Maxim Pinball (Zen Studios), Underfire (PSN) (Doublesix)

Wall-E barely ran? I dunno what game you guys were playin but I thought it was kinda decent lol. Only real problem I had was pushin the platform to fill in the gap in the first area cuz Wall-E just kept rolling around and not staying on the wall. Then I realized that jumping into things will push lol. Nothing boundary pushing for sure, but it was still a fun bit of distraction.

Thanks for the update. With all the E3 access at Gametrailers and elsewhere, PSN was almost an afterthought. I definitely recommend the Fallout 3 trailer for anyone who hasn't watched it yet!

Anybody excited for the who 12 pack coming out in here in a few hours hopefully :)
