What's in the PS Store (5/31/16): Neon Chrome, Oxenfree, Primal, There Came an Echo, Plague Inc, & More!
http://playstation.joystiq.com/2009...-join-playstation-store-first-episode-of-kin/

It's a huge episode though, over 5 gigs for the HD version and 1.35 GB for the SD version.

Edit: I'm noticing a few free things in the video store. The first episode of Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory, the first episode of Nitro Circus, and episode 0 of Kings is also free. Those should be at the top of the Top Downloads list for easy access.
Ooh, thanks. I started to watch Kings on Sunday but really didn't want to sit down for 2 hours. Also, this was up a couple weeks ago and not sure if its still there, but the first episode of the College Humor show is free. It wasn't bad.

Ugh, I can't even get in to the store now.

At least my QFB DLC is still downloading. Of course, Sony lets me buy stuff but won't let me DL any of the free shit. :p

I'm just trying to redeem a code in the account management part of the XMB and it goes into loading icon hell. :whistle2:(

Wheel of Fortune was too much to release for one week. :whistle2:( ;)

so there seems to be issues w/ the psn store? i thought it was just me... i keep getting random error codes like (80023102).

Same here...

This was just posted in the PSBlog's Twitter feed:

If you had a problem accessing the PlayStation Store this evening, you can go ahead and try again now. Engineers have it licked.

Finally downloading the Titan Pack!

I guess I'll finally buy R&C Quest for Booty for $9.99 ($14.99 was too much imho). I'm also thinking about buying the COD WOW Map Pack as well, though I hate to pay for something that will eventually be free on PC.
wheel of fortune is fun but the characters are horrible... lol
I want to buy Wheel to play with my kids, but I'm afraid it's going to blow hairy sweaty donkey balls like Jeopardy! did. Are you getting repeat puzzles yet?

Repeats? But I thought there were OVER 9000!!!!!! puzzles? :D

Man, NCSX.com got some Japanese PSN cards in yesterday. Those things sold out in like 12 hours. Crazy demand for good PS1 games... If only there was a similar service in the United States whereby we could buy good PS1 games...

i played wheel of fortune about 10-12 rounds last night online with 2 other players and there wasn't any repeated question yet. it's been a good brain teaser so far, however i did notice that i tend to hit lose a turn or bankrupt more often than anything else (just my luck eh?).

Guitar Hero: Metallica is up on xbl. You think psn will get it next week or sometime soon? I have the guitars, and every other Guitar Hero game on ps3 so it would be sort of pointless to mess with that 360 demo.
How much were they at NCSX? I've been eyeballing a 3000 Yen card on eBay that's $39.
$40 and they email the code.

I recently got one off eBay from this guy...

http://cgi.ebay.com/PS3-Japan-plays...5|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318|301:0|293:1|294:50

$39.50 but you have to do it as a transaction off eBay because eBay no longer allows people to sell codes. The guy is in Japan, types fairly coherent English and hasn't robbed me yet.
Is there a similar guy selling Asian PSN cards? I need Gomibako. (all english)
He might be able to get Asian ones. He has a bunch of different denominations listed within his "3000 yen" description.
the demo for GHM would be nice but I won't get it since I'm very against GH ever since playing rock band.
I feel the same way you do, but am absolutely going to buy GHM. I'm sure we both cannot wait to download Pearl Jam Ten for RB next Thursday! :bouncy:
Actually looking more forward to the Beatles Rock Band release :) but all is good.
That's a must buy too, though it's so far away  that I'm looking forward to Pearl Jam more.
R2 DLC is coming this week, March 26th.

Link
I read about this as well. I've never got into the Multiplayer for that reason (being unable to login in to another profile and earn XP), but will have no excuse not to play it after the patch is released.

Meanwhile, the United States is waiting for its first PSX release of 2009. Maybe we'll get "Crash Team Racing" or some other "here's some bullshit we found dusty in the corner" game today?

SCEE pulled Silent Hill and not due to bugs or anything. Very strange, they just said "unforeseen circumstances".

And hey Crash Team Racing is a quality title. Better than Mario Kart.

Dude Crash racing cant even hold a candle to Mario Kart. You're crazy

There's lots of people that agree with me, and made for quite a debate on GAF once. I was happy to see so many fellow CTR fans in that thread.
CTR is an extremely well made game. (the very first one on PSX of course, when it was still Naughty Dog)

I love MK and have played every iteration save for the Wii version too, but damn, I miss that first CTR.

Crash Team Racing (the original PSX one, not the PS2/Xbox ones) is probably the best cart racing game ever made. Great characters, great graphics, great humor.

EDIT - I'm dying for a US release. Seems easy, SCEA makes it hard.

ParappaTheRappa is probably the only PS1 game I would ever buy. Speaking of, I'm surprised they haven't remade it yet considering other rhythm based games sell like crack
The Japanese PSOne store got four more games this week. Among them is the godly Front Mission 3. Gooooooo SCEA!
I still own the PS1 version, but damn. FM3 is one of the best games ever made. SCEA really needs to cut this shit out, and start releasing games. For example, we got Suikoden 1. Why not the second as well? That's the one everyone wants.

I got it for $10 on PSP.

I spent $7 too many.
