The retail release is this on for this Thursday (as well as the download, I assume), but I haven't heard anything about the artbook.

I'm getting it for sure, but going to try getting the boxed version @GS.

im down for re 2 and 3 itd be great to be able to play those again sucks they dont make the powerstone games for the ps3 add in some online multiplayer and a few graphical tweaks and youd have a hell of a fun online experience.

if they do bring out the dark stalker games they need to give it the same treatment they did with street figter hd turbo blah blah blah. imporved graphics and online play. hell if they could make re2 online co-op that would be beyond awesome. they should also make the re outbreaks games downloadable as well as dead rising.

There's 12 levels total. Be warned, it's different that any of the other tower-defense games I've played. Alot of upgrading needs to be done.

Update is LIVE. Tomb Raider 1 for PSone classics is on there too. For ten dollars? LOL WTF It's not even worth a fucking dollar for the actual game. PASS.
 
I might have got Tomb Raider for 5.99 but for 9.99 fuck no. The game still holds some memories for me, but the price is a fucking douche.

Would I rather have no PSOne Classics at all, or games priced like they were on the fucking Virtual Console?

I'd have to go with the latter, even if I haven't played a Tomb Raider game since the first one.

I only played TR1 too.

Disgaea 3 DLC is a giant bundle with everything released previously.
I wonder if it's actually a savings compared to buying everything separately.

And DLC for an unreleased game? Nice. (madden 2010)
 
The Madden DLC is all stuff you can unlock ingame, right?

EDIT: Call of Juarez:BiB demo in the UK store. Not much else noteworthy in there - other than that EA is soaking the Europeans for DLC for an American football title, too. How 'bout that?
 
Madden came out the other day, didn't it?

Edit: I don't think so, Myke. It's mostly stuff like getting a retired player to come back for a year, quick heal an injured player, and stuff like that that aren't normal cheats designed for fools with money to waste.

What makes it even worse is that you also have to beat the game to even get the chance to unlock the characters. And then you have to have enough mana to pass a bill to get a chance to fight said character in order to unlock them.

bjstucker: From what I understand it's a port of the Dreamcast version of the game. Which apparently was the best version of the game on home consoles.

The Disgaea 3 DLC is about ~$57 if you buy all the packs individually, so it's a $7 savings vs buying them all separately. Not much of a savings.

Disgaea 3 is one of the main games I would get upon a PS3 purchase, and there is no way I'm paying for that pack. At most I'd get 1-2 of the character packs along with the Raspberyl chapters, but more than likely I wouldn't get any of it.
 
Love to see Gorillaz in Rock Band DLC. Didnt expect to see Tomb Raider today. Also how is Marvel VS Capcom 2?
 
That $10 price point for PSOne games is grating. I wind up paying less for that for stuff downloaded off the Japanese store. If there's one thing 12 years of importing games has taught me it is that you're not supposed to pay more for domestic stuff than for import releases.

I'm downloading Rockman 1 off the JP store. The remixed music is awesome.
 
Tomb Raider 2, maybe at 9.99. However TR1 just had the extremely well done Anniversary version not too long ago, so no thanks.

Yes. I have a UK, Japanese, Hong Kong, and American account on my PS3. Using prepaid PSN cards, I've gotten PSOne games from Japan and Hong Kong. I'm wracking my brain to remember the process but it was literally over two years ago that I set it all up.

It's from IO, who made the Hitman, Kane & Lynch, and Freedom Fighters.
