Thanks for the heads up.. I might go in Gamesharing with this one. Don't really care about the avatars, just the game play. I'm guessing it has trophy/voice/camera support like the 360 version?
 
Not interested in the PSPgo but the PSN store is definitely better off for having all those titles available. Honestly, that's the way it should have been for a long time now.
 
There's a MotorStorm: Arctic Edge dynamic theme on the UK PS Store that's supposed to cost money, but is up for free at the moment until they catch their mistake.
 
The PS3 version of Uno is made by a different developer... it's not going to have the same features.

TRU has God of War CoO for $5 on clearance & Amazon has it for $13.25 (seller) or $13.71 fulfilled by Amazon.
 
The UK PSN actually has two FREE dynamic themes at the moment:

WipEout HD Fury
Motor@Storm: Artic Cat

Wonder why the UK Store gets FREE dynamic themes and the US store gets doesn't.

Not even the subscriber's to Qore get a free dynamic theme. I would think giving something like that would be more of a "bonus" to annual subscribers than just the plain ole' themes they give now.
 
The MotorStorm theme is pretty cool, as it's set up right next to the finish line on a track. Some vehicles drive past occasionally, a guy might walk by in front of the "camera," and you'll see it pan over to either of the two vehicles that are off to the side of the track with racers/fans watching the action.

It's much less busy than the Wipeout theme, but is bit busier than the Afrika theme, so try to get it before the price mistake is fixed.
 
i dont see the motorstorm one being free...error fixed i guess
EDIT- I'm a jackass, gotta go to 'what's new' not 'other media>themes' first motorstorm theme costs $$$ my bad
 
thanks for the heads up on the theme created a uk account and got both of the free ones. they motorstorm one is cool but i still like the afrika one more. id actually purchase an afrika one if it had more animals in it and the occasional animal mauling lol.
 
Seeing Jumping Flash 2 available made my day. One of my favorite games from back on the early PS1 days. Always bummed me out that I was never able to find a disk copy , and now I don't need to. Although it still makes me sad that a 3rd game was never made , much like I wish a "real" sequel to Warhawk would've been made.

Actually, IIRC there was a 3rd game made, but only released in Japan, and it wasn't a real sequel, it had some of the same characters. I never played it, though.
 
Thank you for the heads up on the dynamic themes. It's a shame that Sony can't throw us a bone once in a while. Getting the shaft with the whole pspGo thing, and even these freebies doesn't make me feel any better about supporting their platforms.
 
What the hell--?? The Undead Knights demo I downloaded last night was the full game???

Shit! I have no idea because I fell asleep while I was reading the story intro at the start of the game.

Dang, I better check it out when I get home. >_

I was going to buy it later at some point but damn... wow. nice. I'm glad to say I'm impressed with it very much as well.

Anyone have NGS2? I'm curious to know what the framerate during cutscenes is? Because the demo cutscenes were pushing half of the gameplay framerate...maybe.
 
Holy crap, I had just played the Japanese demo a few days earlier, so I was wondering why they gave our demo so much more content. This is freaking awesome, since I loved the Japanese demo so much I was pretty damn close to buying the full game (I was only holding out to see if it would appear in my gold box).

I would usually never get a digital version of a game over a physical copy, but for free I definitely can't complain.
 
The real demo's up on the PS3's PS Store, so those that missed out on the premium "demo" can at least check it out now. It's not up on the PSP's PS Store yet, for whatever reason.
 
I'm wondering if the UMD version of Prinny will increase in value or drop. I think it may increase as many get to play it digitally and some decide they want to pick up the UMD since the game is relatively rare.

Meh, if the 40+ copies just at the Local ToysRus are any indication, I don't think it'll be rare at all.

I'm getting feedbacks from people that Undead Knights demo (Full game) is buggy though.

It seems that their PSP restarts at a certain part of the game. :hot:

I don't care if its rare, I'm just wondering if the price will ever get down to match the digital sale price within the next year or two. I have a feeling it may not.

It would be wise for SONY if they price-drop games eventually.

But I have the feeling that they made the DD approach so they can resell games for full-price until no one bothers download them, and there's where the price-drop will drop in.

I meant the UMD copy, but I agree with ya.
 
40 dollar digital downloads for the psp are comical.
Wipeout hd, super street fighter 2 turbo hd remix, and marvel vs. capcom 2 are all much better than anything 40 dollars on the psp and they are only a fraction of the price. I mean some psp games take up a huge chunks of memory on people psp's so why you gonna eat up their memory cards and wallets?

Has there been any rumbling of a commercial release of that Rock Band Unplugged Lite?

I liked the idea of a cheaper game and then just customizing via DLC.

I'm guessing this DLC will work for Rock Band whether you own "Rock Band: The Beatles" or not?

No, only The Beetles RB game can play beatles songs. It's due to licensing. personally I pref it this way.

Yeah. Seeing how we are able to access over 800 songs to work with both of the first two games I don't mind either.

The ECA thread says no, since it doesn't work for XBLA stuff that isn't a physical card.
 
No, ECA does not work on any digital downloads/download codes like Live or PSN game and point codes. They only work on physical items tagged as game accessories (like the retail point cards), and even then, the item has to be sold directly by amazon.com. For example, Wii and XBL cards currently work, but PSN cards are only available on Amazon via Target, a third party, so they don't currently qualify.
