what's the best gift for the girl who has everything?

Me and my girlfriends 1 year anniversary is coming and I am lost on what to get her. I thought about making a macaroni picture or something with glitter but then I figured women like things with some kind of monetary value. So, i need some insight.. what to i get the girl who has everything?

Something that sparkles. Also do the roses thing, and possibly leave her love notes. That'd make her happy, I'd wager.

i would agree with everything these past two posters said. i have done this with my g/f and she loved it.

I say that you should ask some of her close friends what she would like, and then go from there.

Love notes/Treasure hunt...with a nice dinner at the end. can even be a home made dinner if you strapped for case.

I agree with the asking of her friends, but you shouldnt ask her girlfriends, just her guy friends, or you could ask one of your girl friends, and see what they say, thats normallly what I did when I was in a jam.

Ok, I am a girl, and I don't know about your girlfriend, but I would rather have something my boyfriend made than bought. If my boyfriend made me a macaroni picture like you mentioned, I would be so happy because he took time and put thought into it. I would also love to get a poem he wrote. Maybe I am unusual, but if my boy made me something by hand I would treasure it much longer than something he bought.

Just my two cents.

Hmm, maybe some shiny new videogames. If you're lucky enough to be seeing a girl likes videgames...if not...OK money. Yeah, money always works. Money is the universal gift that everyone accepts.

Jewelry might work too, but some girls take that stuff too seriously.

Or how about one of those bondage bean bag chairs that were posted on the boards recently? How many girls have one of THOSE?

Cooking dinner is another great thing you can do. Women love men who cook for them.

From another female perspective, I think most women like something that their bf put a lot of thought into. Personally, I'm not big on the whole making-stuff/treasure-hunt thing. (But then again, I'm not a girl who has everything, and I'm superficial and materialistic :) ) However, of the above mentioned, I think the ideas of taking her somewhere she hasn't been before and cooking for her are really good IMHO.

Yeah, she probably doesn't have one of those.

I hate being strapped for case!!

make an anniversary manga starring you as the mysteriously powerful amnesiac and her as the maiden in distress. make sure some type of tentacled monster takes a dump on her!

\:D/ Hentain manga always works!!

Dude, you don't know how much a macaroni picture will turn a chick on.

Seriously though, write a poem, or if you're like me and suck at poetry, write a nice letter that will make her feel special. If it's possible, try a nice scenic drive out of town or a day trip somewhere (even if you have to wait for a weekend or a day off from work to come up).

Just do something that shows you care about her.

Question... why did you wait a month to make your first post, and then selected this topic¿? I just don't understand.

A nice handmade card... and written in it the following:

'My love, we have had a year of our lives together, and we continue to make magical moments... this is also the year I haven't had intercourse with anyone other than you, so go team..." ^_^

i say the homemade stuff should work.

also, if you have to go to the guy friends for the one year present.... somethings wrong.
that's just a note to whomever posted that.

LMAO!

I actually got a card one year from someone that said, "There are many ways to say I love you, but f***ing is the fastest."

And as a woman, I can honestly say the guy cooking me dinner is overrated. Unless you are a professional chef, don't bother. I don't need food poisoning.

The way I see it, it shows he put a lot of effort into something just for you. If it's good, you got an excellent meal that he put thought and effort into that you can enjoy together. If it sucks, you can have laugh over it and suffer together (or he just eats all of it). Either way, I think it's a fun together-y couple-y thing.

you should order her one of those custom bears from like http://store.yahoo.com/vtbear/ .... and like design it yourself.... i know for the last three years i have been trying to get my boyfriend to get me one... they are so cute and if you get a personalized one.. that is almost the same as making her something
