whats the best program for creating cd labels?

I need to make a cd cover,back cover and front cover for half life on dreamcast and i want to do the best job i can. Whats the best program to get? Best paper? any thoughts would help

I hope you aren't trying to rip someone off by selling them a copied version of Half Life... Because that would be horribly mean and I'd have to string your intestines accross your parents bedroom if you were planning on doing that...

Anywho, just about any NON-PIRATED cd-burning suite will have label makers. Try Roxio or Nero. As for the paper, to make it realistic looking you'll probably want thin, glossy photo paper.

EDIT: Oh, and sorry about the intestines thing... I've been ripped off before and it isn't fun.
