Whats the best Screen Cover/Light Attachment for GBA Original

200STM

CAGiversary!
Hey fellow CAGs I recently purchased a great condition glacier GBA (original) for 5 bucks with the battery cover! I was wondering if any you CAGs can recomend a good cover or light for it thanks and sorry if this sounds foolish I am Cheap Ass Gamer too

Well... The absolute best is the Afterburner. It's actually a backlight, so it takes some modding on your part. I'm not sure if you could even find one anymore though.

I've looked into the Afterburner a bit and I can't anywhere to buy one and I'm not sure that I have the skills to mod it anyway. I've looked into the Halo light a bit and it seems good but I'm not sure if I want to spend $20 on it. So I guess what I am looking for is a cheaper alternative.

I wonder why the original GBA is so damn hard to see. Even the Game Boy Color didn't seem that difficult. I remember playing Mario Kart on a GBA inside someone house in a fully lit room and I still couldn't see anything. My friend has a Game Boy Color that I play occasionally and it isn't even that hard to see.

I'm surprised the GBA was so successful. I never got into GBA back then, since it seemed pointless to have a portable system which required you to sit directly under a floor lamp.

Yeah I remember the GBA being tough to see, I bought this backlight that hooked onto the GBA and took batteries. This was years ago. :p

The only GBA I ever had was a GBA original, then recently I got a GBA Micro.
