Yep. Beer is my guilty pleasure in the form of caloric drinks. Otherwise I pretty much stay away from liquid calories, no regular soda, juices etc.

Well according some researcher somewhere Im sure they say oxygen will give you dick cancer, cause blindness, make your feet fall off and cause your nose to combust upon contact.

Thats why I hate "studies" because people basically make up anything they want and news will report anything that sounds like it will get viewers.

All in all it doesnt effect me since I dont drink softdrinks really. Ive got a 12 pack of pepsi Ive had for over a week and havent opened it yet. Its usuall water, tea and koolaid for me.

Who knows what to believe. Aspartame is one of the scariest substances available on the market. No one knows anything about it and all studies keep pointing towards it killing everyone and everything it comes into contact with.

At least that is what I keep reading on the internet.
 
There's tons of studies and all show no ill effects unless in absurdly huge amounts that no one is going to intake through diet soda and other products.

You're so right. Every evening on the news I hear "10 more people died from Aspartame" and "Aspartame destroys building it came into contact with."
I'm glad I saw all those PSAs about wearing a full latex body suit so Asparmatane doesnt kill me the instant it comes in contact with me.
At least that is what I keep reading on the internet
