Whats the market for large framed movie posters?

I acquired a 24 by 36 frame with Fight Club poster that was left in the room I moved into. Its framed in a black aluminum frame, with about half inch gap to the poster on all sides.

I was just wondering how much those go for, and how much I could sell it for locally in a college town. I looked up some websites, and the poster is just above 10, frame average of 70 or so which seems ridiculous. Id be happy with 10 for sure. Anyone collect them or something?
 
Whatever it has been sold for on eBay would be the best guide. Remember to check completed auctions as those are the only ones that matter.
 
i dunno, but i have a giant sin city poster ive tried to sell a few times, it hasnt got too much interest. its about 7feet by 4feet, something like that.
 
If you sell it, you'll boost the appeal to a buyer if you got a black matte to cover up the gap. Maybe a 3/4".
