What's the most disgusting thing you've ever eaten?

I have quite an appetite, and I can tolerate in a variety of different food products.. but some of them are cultural dishes that my family eats, that I don't really.

Pig brain, and tongue soup is probably my worst. I remember drinking and eating it when I was a kid for dinner, and I remember the texture of it looks most disgusting. Chewing the brains was like eating.. well can't really describe it, but I didn't really like the thought I was digesting in brains through my stomach. Chicken liver isn't as bad though, but its close. I also hate refried beans, peanuts, or things closely related..

Damn some of you guys are sissies lol ;) I've eaten snakes, frogs (cooked of course), dried maggot-looking insects, pigeon brains, live squids... None I would consider nasty... maybe the snake, but that wasnt too bad. No I haven't been on Fear Factor. They're normal food in China.

Hmm, I've tried alot of things. Most stuff when breaded and fried is actually rather tasty and doesn't look nasty (snake, alligator, frog, for example).

The grossest thing I ate raw was baby octopus at a sushi bar. It was surprisingly tasty, but I waited until it stopped moving before I ate it.

I pretty much draw the line at insects though.

Hmmm baby octopus. Sounds good. Funny how you waited it to stopped moving before you ate it. So how long did you actually wait? 5 minutes? 10 minutes?

The thousands of little dried fish (1" long? intact with eyes and everything else) in a "snack bag" at a Chinese grocery were a bit disturbing to me.

A somewhat local Chinese restaurant (near the outlets in Clinton, CT) has two seperate menus: one in Chinese with authentic food (generally spicier and better tasting, from what I have been told) and another in English with Americanized food.
