What's the most money you've spent on a game?

$140 shipped for Steel Battalion (sealed).

XBoxmaster, I thought it was higher than $200 as well, but that would just be ridiculous (as if $200 isn't :roll: )

Same here. Can't remember how much I paid, but it was probably the most I have ever spent on one game.

The most I spent on a console was $400 for the Saturn.
 
I got the bare cart for 96¢ at a side walk sale. I said to them that I didn't have a dollar on me and I had close to the amount in change. Bless them poor 'hicks' who don't know the monetary worth of video games and pitty the child who didn't receive that much for the game.

I got Intelligent Qube (Complete) for about $35 a few months ago at Gamestop.

I paid $90 for Neon Genesis Evangelion (brand new) for N64 a few years back (and still don't regret it :D ).

Just recently, I bought Radiant Silvergun (MINT w/spine card) for Sega Saturn for $120 shipped. Speaking of which....that should be here any day now! WOO! :eek:
 
$70 for Naruto 2....but my gf got it for me :D

the most I personally spent for a game $60 for a SNES game proally Chrono Trigger. I remeber fuck Over LAnd (Funcoland ) had SM64 for 100+ and CT for $75

My friend payed $80 for Street Fighter 2 Turbo on SNES Import.

Oh and saying you paid $100 for FF11 is like saying I spent $2000 for Battlefeild 1942 or 250 for Onimusha. Yeah if you forget the Hard Drive, PC or PS2 in with that price.

$199.99 for Metal Slug on the old AVS Neo Geo system. All of those games were expensive. For 'normal' consoles, my $69.99 purchase of Final Fantasy at launch for NES comes to mind. Worth every penny. I have since swiched over to MVS Neo Geo to save on game purchases.
 
I spent 200 on Steel Battalion and somewhere in the 180-200 range on Samba De amigo and the maracas(they were the import version the day it came out. That's why it was expensive.)

listed on the site at 50 bucks, 99% likely not complete and never in stock. a disc only version on ebay right now is selling for 56. if you saw one for 30 and didnt buy it you lost out on a pretty nice profit. most of the compete ones on ebay are 100+
