What's the story with Dead or Alive 4 strategy guide?

Originally it was supposed to be out around the game. Then it was delayed a week, then another week. Finally it was supposed to be out this week and I check ebgames.com, gamestop.com, and prima's website and none of them list the guide at all anymore. Anyone know the story?

I've seen it at Best Buy and Gamecrazy actually... for 17 bucks, it's pretty freakin useless though.

I read through it. It's basically the instruction manual with more pictures.

I have the guide, it's just basically a really big list of moves in their japanese names for each character, but very few combos and none on counters.
