so i wanna see how you guys get your pics from a camera to the pc. do you use the usb cord that comes with your camera to get pics to your pc or do you use a card reader?


I was trying to look for a front panel 5.25" bay that reads both memory stick pro duo and sd cards. kinda sick of going through my drawers to look for a cord and especially don't like the monstrous cord that combines video out and usb onto a single line that came with my sony camera.

what do you guys do?

I use an external card reader because I have a number of laptops and a SFF PC at home. Works pretty well, though the internal one is useful if you have the spare 5.25" or 3.5" bay.
 
I've got an internal card reader on my laptop, but I don't have a pro duo adapter for my PSP memory card. Cut out a strip of an old credit card, scotch taped it to the pro duo, and voila, right in the card reader.
