What's your take on the Gamespot redesign?

I work at comic shop. I love video games. hearing "fanboy" makes me want to rip anyone throat out.
 
It's awfull and it hope that just becasue gamespot redesigned, it doesn't mean IGN will too like they have in the past.
 
Gamespot is one of my favorite sites. I'm usually on the forums almost everyday, and I also like the Gamespot reviews, daily news section, and the recently added Unions.

Sadly the boards have been down for almost a week now. I'm waiting for everything to get back to normal.
