When does the greatest hits series for the GBA start?

I know that some games for the GBA on going on greatest hits status and dropping in piace to $20. I want to say its was Mario games like the Super Mario World Advances and Superstar saga. Does anyone know when this price drop will actually happen?

I bought Yoshi's Island, and there's absolutely no indication that it's a Player's Choice on the cartridge or booklet, only the box itself has the yellow PC stripe on it.
