When is the new iphone rumored to be coming out?

I really REALLY REALLY want an iphone but dont want to get screwed over by buying one now and having a new one come out soon after. What is the rumored date for the release of the new iphone? Anyone?

Yeah thats what the rumor seems to be. That is the date of their conference. I am really hoping this comes to fruitation. I have been hearing that it will probably have a very good camera.

Actually I want the phone they showed in Vantage point that can remotely control a sniper rifle. That was amazing. Anyone know what phone that was?
