Sooo...
I have had this shit DELL computer for a while now. Prob about 5 years or more.
And since E3 is just about done, and they showed all the new games coming out, well...they didn't really show anything "new" since everyone has known about these games for quite sometime, Unreal 3, Crysis, BioShock, Call of duty 4, etc. I have been wondering when do you think is the best time I should throw down my $1,000 to get up to par to play these amazing
ing games that are coming out for PC.
Right now im running
Intel Pentium 4 3Ghz Processor
With 1.5 Gigs of Ram
Plenty of HD space
With a shitty 6600GT Nvidia Card
Right now I have 4gigs of Ram from OCZ that I won from Showdown LAN 2007 that I went to, which was
ing awesome by the way, and a 650 PS from Antec.
So all I really need is a motherboard, CPU, sweet Antec case that im looking at getting when i upgrade, and a sick ass graphics card...or graphics cards??? if I want to go SLI or Crossfire, whatever the
ati calls it.
Is it even worth doing the whole double graphics cards thing by the way?
So back to my main question, I was thinking in my head, with the Unreal 3 engine out with Gears of War and Rainbow Six Vegas and Unreal 3 coming out soon I was thinking I should upgrade to fit my computer to perform well with Unreal 3 when it comes out, but im not sure if thats a good idea, if that would be up to par to last me another 5 years of good gaming on my pc or not. Since right now I can only play like CSS and UT2k4. And I won a copy of Rainbow Six Vegas at Showdown Lan as well, but I CANT
ING PLAY IT on my PC cuz my computer sucks to much balls right now
I know waiting is always a good thing, but man I really want to start playing around with this new Unreal 3 engine!!!
Okay so what do you guys think?
Thanks for all the help, and sorry for all the cuzing, been watching to much epileptic gaming.
