When will there be a standard PS3 packaged with the Dual Shock?

Has Sony given any hints as to when the DS3 is going to be packed in (other than the MGS bundle)?

The new 80GB PS3 that comes out, which is basically the same as the 40GB, but with a DS3 and 80GB HDD instead of 40GB. The SIXAXIS production has already stopped long ago.

Took me forever to find details on this. there are so freaking many skus that search engines are basically useless! But I recalled hearing about this on kotaku, so here's what I finally found:

Sony's own website SonyStyle has a date of 9/1/08. Link. You have to add to card to find out I think.

40GB has already gone from their site.

i been watching amazon.com it has a item for core pack & release date sept. 30th. i wish they would release it now, im ready to step into the playstation world.
